1. How do I book?

The preferred method is Online, Click on any Book Now buttons under any of our items and complete the booking form. You will receive an email to confirm the booking or you can call us on your local number. You can also call us on 07557~913814 anytime as well. See our contact us page for all our telephone numbers. We take bookings months in advance, so to not avoid disappointment.

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

You can book any time, however bookings get very busy during the summer, so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.

3. How much does it cost?

Please see the for hire pages for all prices, prices may vary depending on your intended use i.e. home/business or location.

4. What do the prices include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates). You will also receive a blower, extension cable, safety crash mat; the price also includes set up, inflation and collection. Please note the prices shown are for daytime hire only.

5. When are your bouncy castles available?

Our inflatable castles are available 7 days a week all year round, subject to our weather, including Bank Holidays.

6. How long do I get the equipment for?

Most parties are in the afternoon so we will deliver and set up your castle between 9 am and 12 noon we will then come and take the castle away after your party has finished usually from 5 pm onwards although pick up time can be arranged to suit, it can be no later than 9 pm during peak seasons. During the winter months the latest collection time is 6pm.

7. Do you hire overnight?

Under certain circumstance this can be arranged yes but please do contact us before placing your booking. It all depends on if the Inflatable is booked out for the following day as units have to be returned so they can be cleaned or dried out if damp. If you granted an Inflatable for an overnight hire please note there is a £​30 charge on top of the hire rate. You will be responsible for the safe storage of ALL electrical items overnight, and be liable for any theft or damage to the inflatable, should it occur overnight.

8. Do I have to pay a deposit?

No deposit is required; we will collect payment in cash on delivery, once we have set up your inflatable and you are happy with everything.

9. How do I pay?

Most people choose to pay cash on delivery, we can also take payment via PayPal, where you can pay by credit card or debit card as well. But this must be processed when your booking is placed. Sorry, but we do not take cheques. You can also pay by BACS “details available on request”, but again, this must be done before the day of your party.

10. What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel at any time; all we ask is that you give us as much notice as possible. Please make sure you give us at least more than 24 hours’ notice, less than 24 hours’ notice and you will incur a 50% cancellation charge of your hire fee.

11. What if it rains?

Most of the castles have built in rain covers which are adequate for light showers, but unfortunately they cannot be operated in wetter conditions or high winds due to safety reasons. If the weather forecast isn’t good on the day of hire we will phone you to discuss the options.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

No this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be ok, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.

13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

The bouncy castles take approximately. 15 minutes to set up and 25 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire.

14. How much space is needed?

You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side, this is to allow access and the blower at the rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?

We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply, when we deliver the unit you are required to read and sign the hire agreement. Failure to do this will result in your booking been cancelled and we will take our equipment away.

16. Do you supply safety instructions?

Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire which detail what you can and can’t do on our units.

17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?

Yes the castles are suitable for children up to and including the age of 14, except the adult castle which adults are allowed to use as well. Please note all castles have limits as to how many can use the unit at any one time.

18. Can I collect the inflatable myself?

Sorry, No under any circumstances, we will always deliver and collect ourselves. You are not insured unless we set up and take down the inflatable.

19. Do you have insurance?

Yes we have £5 million pounds public liability insurance, which will be shown to you on delivery.
